I had an account with woolworths for 5 years which i later closed on the 5th December 2011.I have never experienced any problem with them until now.

On the 15 march 2013 i went to absa to apply for a loan and i told i owe woolworths R47.00 which is on the ITC now, to my surprise i contact their call-center and spoke to Ivan she was so rude, she wasn't even willing to assist with the matter, she even hang up on me. I tried again luckily i spoke to a guy who was willing to assist, i explained my situation to him and he confirmed that my account was cancelled on 2011, he told me that he sent a latter to the ITC to clear my name and i will receive a latter confirming that i don't owe them anything and he told me that the latest for the latter to come thru is Tuesday (19/03/12) today its Wednesday 20/03/13 and still haven't received the latter not even a call from them. I still don't understand why they charged me R47.00 to begin with, clearly there's some kind of going on here.
