1) About a month ago purchased a pork fillet - Alas was off!! did not go scratching for the packaging in the rubbish!!
2) a week ago I purchased chicken fillets, made them the same eve, smelt something bad, tasted, and the meat was off!! I chose not to take it back as I had already thrown the packaging into the rubbish bin and was not about to go scratching!!
3) I purchased pork chops on Saturday expiry date 20-03-13. Had them in the freezer, defrosted this afternoon and cooked them, no smell detected, but the pork had a disgusting off taste!!
I am by no means Richie Rich!!! and I am really so disgusted by the fact that this "off meat" has been purchased in good faith! Sure I will take it back and get a refund for the pork chops, BUT that is not the end of the problem!!! What about the inconvenience, what about the fact that I have to use unnecessary petrol to get just a simple refund!!! I find it absolutely disgusting!!!
