Edgars and Sunglasses Hut sure know how to ANNOY and spoil their clients day!! I refunded Ray Ban Wayfarer's 2 weeks ago at Edgars Blue Route with Tasneem (who was absolutely awesome) only to see the R1750 amount was credited off my account and then re-credited back to my account!!! My balance was R700 and now its R2400!! I want this fixed asap, unless someone is using my account details in your business!! I went into Edgars Kenilworth for help and I am told I need to drive to Blue route as only they can sort it out!!! I cant wait to close this account coz this is sickening!!! Do your company re-imburse petrol!! NOOO - Im so annoyed and my revenge is to spread my story about your service!!!
