Customer service: Without the service

Late in Nov. 2012 I bought a great Samsung LED, 39" TV monitor from a company I, then, regarded as top class retail-outlet.

On the 2 of Feb. 2013 I took the model back, having had problems with the external USB in-port. Seeing as the model was still under warranty, guarantee and every other -tee possible, I thought of it as a minor setback, that'll be fixed with great professionalism.
I took the model in, having misplaced the official proof of purchase, with the knowing that I'll probably be ending up having to pay for the repairs- which is fine.

Two weeks later- I hearing nothing from Game, I went to assess the situation. The TV was not yet sent in, and I now have to pay the money for the repairs because their service department cant access their bank accounts. Also info survaced that an electronic EJL could be pulled from their system as a proof of purchase. Its been 8 weeks (21day policy) - TV not fixed, no communication from Games side on the situation. I have paid the money, and been treated sub-standard customer, because I didn't have the original PofPurchase. Not knowing of the EJL they blamed me for not telling them about it, and disregarded it as PofP. Unprofessional.
