Changing my Eplan to an Access Account

I had an Eplan account with no problems. My Eplan account was changed to an Access Account since the Eplan accounts change to new account types. I had electronic fixed deposits of over R25 000 that were to be paid back to me this week. Once the money was paid back into my account, it was fozen due to the terms and conditions, which state that an access account cannot have more than R25 000 in it at any one time.

I am under correction, otherwise the internet banking is offline and I cannot open an electronic fixed deposit account.

I am upset that I the customer have to battle to work with my money and this is unprofessional from Standard Bank's side.

Standard bank knew that the fixed deposit was going to be paid back into my Eplan account, since it changed to an access account, the freezing of the account was inevitable.

I am in a good mind to take my money and invest it elsewhere, a bank that can give better customer service.

I want the functionality of using a debit card to purchase small goods, monthly internet banking, have the investment functionality of creating fixed deposites etc.and earning interest on my investments without paying lots of fees.
