My 2 week wait for a quote for repairs to my ASUS transformer ended on 27 Feb after help from Head Office via Hello Peter complaint with the Assurance that the suppliers had been briefed to ensure speedy service! I accepted the quote (of R3900!) that same day - 18 days ago! Still waiting!!! Robyn at the Claremont branch said last week that she has 'escalated' it to Head Office. I really need the data that is on the tablet and its presence with me as I fly to the States at the end of the coming week! HELP!!!
