I bought the fridge from Morkels - Alexandra Pan Africa on the 23rd February 2013, paid cash R 7419.00- I have been waiting for delivery since that day and i'm still waiting as im logging this complain. Each day there is a different story, but overall they will deliver as i think the speed limit on the trucks is 5 km p/h
If you dont have stock from your warehouse- why do you sell items on the floor? - Misleading the customers and I wonder why cant they revoke your licence.
If you dont have trucks for delivery- why are you charing poor customers delivery fee? If you do have those trucks which i hope they use Aeroplane fuel as that might be special and not easy to fill in any of the service stations- you should still advise poor customers to make their own delivery arrangements but you cant do that as you seems to be enjoying telling each day... from the 23rd Feb till the 16th March... you should be ashame of yourselves...
Can i please have that fridge delivered by close of monday the 18th- if not please have my R7500 ready on Tuesday the 19th by 09H00. I think its a simple choice!!! sick & tired of your unprofessionalism.
