I have recently been party to some simply shocking "service" from a number of Truworths employees, and I want it to be addressed please? The issues are as follows:
1. A phone call from a call centre agent at 20h30!
2. Inaccurate information regarding account payments.
3. Staff that insist that "you will receive" calls at 20h30 even after they have just been told that it is unacceptable!
4. Staff that fail to listen to the problem (I.e. late phone calls) and therefore also fail to understand that this issue needs to be addressed!! The fourth person that was spoken too, "Azir" wasn't much brighter!
5. The real issue, namely that the account is in arrears by R2000.00 also needs to be addressed please, and the payment that was made at end of February credited!
6. Also please teach your staff NOT to be rude by TELLING one that the payment has not been made when the reality is that they have no idea if it was paid, but the SYSTEM shows that I wasn't! Basic phone etiquette is severely lacking!!
