8 weeks to sort out a simple repai

I bought a Gazebo in December, used it once then it was broken. I were given a number for Camp Master, but they cannot repair it. Makro customer services keeps on ignoring my queries, although the read receipts show that they have read the emails. Even phone calls to the same consultant get me nowhere. This has been going on for 8 weeks! I would like a full refund or a replacement item.
