I have called in numerous times to get my laptop fetched from my house so that it can be fixed by homechoice. i reported weeks ago that it is not working and till this day, nobody has been sent to fetch it. I find this kind of conduct highly unproffessional, especially when i have to deal with your rude customer service operators. I don't want to be sitting at home, starring at a pc that does not work, i have things to do, so please get someone to come and fetch it so that it can be fixed!
