Eplacement card on my acc

I was very suprised getting a msg on my cell Tuesday afternoon saying my acc is overdue and payment was due on that day I went to Legit with card to check what's going on because I paid off my acc in December in greenstone and my acc was zero balance they told me the card I have was blocked and I owe 10 000 on that acc the replacement card was issued on the 2 February in durban and the purchases we done there I had this acc for about 9 years I have never purchased over 5 000 from it edgars didnt bother to call and check with me that I made such a high purchase in one day as I have never done that before and in durban coz I live in gauteng. I went to jet mart phumlane mall in clayville to fill dispute forms and the ladies were talking in passing that head office employees are the ones giving our info to sindicates that do frauds I'm very dissappointed that after having my acc so long I can't trust Edgars with my info anymore I will cancel my acc as soon as this is sorted out and now they send me smses saying they will list me as a slow payer that's not fair Im expecting to be updated on the investigation and I'm not happy at all
