No size shoe

Hi,

I am very upset with Markam's (Foshini Group).

Ive been to various outlets to purchase a pair of shoes for work, but on every occasion i walk into the stores and ask if they have a size 11 shoe they always come back and say sorry they do not. This has happened more than 3 times.

Also the staff are not willing to find out where there is or try to get from another store to be delivered to them.
I am starting to think that they only have like two pairs of big size shoes, is that normal?

I really am considering to close the account because whats the use of having it if they never have products that acctually fit me?

I really hope that this will help them in considering the bigger footed person.
