I had my account approved in december so I went to the chatsworth branch with my I'd and the sms I received.there I was informed that I needed an email confirmation which I did not receive and confirmed by edgars head office that they do not send email confirmations which I explained to the staff.they wher not interested and said I must come back wit my bank statements. I took statements and payslip and filled a new form.they said they will get back to me and had not in 1 week. I went back to the store and could not find my documents.then said its been declined. I called durbans office and was told that the on my file that my account is blocked caus I did not answer questions in the branch.my bank statements were not mine and that my manager was answering my questions caus I could not answer them.seems like I'm uneducated to them.pathetic service.will never go back there and will inform everyone of they terrible service
