I ordered school books or my son on 5 December 2012 and emailed the proof of payment, as required on the day that I made the payment. I was later informed that the order was cancelled as no payment was received. After numerous emails and phone calls nobody was willing to assist.
I tried one more time this morning and spoke to Verona Wilson. She asked the clarifying questions; told me that she will refer it to her Manager and call back as soon as she had confirmation.
She stayed true to her word and informed me 30 minutes later that my problem was solved.
This shows that the positive attitude will still take her far.
Well done Verona. You are an asset to your company.
