I bought a Blackberry 9320 cellphone on 20/12/2012 from CNA Tygervalley Centre, Cape Town. It has been advertised to include movie card valued at R1200. After a week I enquired when I'll receive this card, which I was told in 2 weeks time I will receive a call where arrangements will be made. After many calls from me to CNA, I haven't received any call or any movie card. After my last call on 14/02/2013 where I threaten CNA on wanting my money back, I received call from Manualla from TLC marketing informing I will receive my movie card in 2weeks time (again). Today I received post in mail - the movie card, expiry date 31/12/2013. And I'm not happy or impress. 1stly I had to call CNA many times requesting about movie card, with no satisfaction. 2ndly I receive it now almost 4 months after purchase of phone and then expiry date is 31/12/2013. So I accused CNA of breach of contract because they did not keep to their part until I have threaten them. I want my purchase to be refunded and them taking back their phone and movie card. I did not do purchase from TLC Marketing and therefor should not be refered to them. I have original advert of CNA for phone as well as slip of purchase
