Since the supplier's response on January 9, I never received any update as promised. Instead, I followed up with them about 2weeks later and was informed that they so far have confirmation that the parcels never reached the local post office where I was supposed to collect from. I requested my ITC status be updated accordingly and they refused. On 4 February 2013, I contacted ITC and launched a complain about this incidence. ITC gave Homechoice 20 working days to respond and provide evidence that I owe them the amount they reflected on my ITC. They failed to respond nor produce the evidence. As a result, ITC removed their listing from my credit record. However, since end of February I am receiving calls from Homechoice's collection department on a daily basis, demanding payment which they claim now is overdue, for the parcels I never received. When I try to explain that I never received the parcels, I am told that their job is to demand payments and I should therefore follow up with their customer service department. Talk about a big company that should be at the forefront of excelling in customer service but in discord and filled with agents with very bad attitude and incompent!
