I was at the Rosebank Nouveau and wanted to watch the Mandela Movie. As has been happening often lately, my card was rejected because the machine couldnt read the strip at the back. I refused to buy another card AGAIN, this happened the last time i went to see a movie in CRESTA, i got another card and i was, simply put, NOT PREPARED to but another one and was very much willing to boycot and not see the movie at Sterkinekor. Boitumelo was very helpful, she called the call centre, when they couldnt help me because the movie had already started (because of the card delays), she made sure i saw the movie and sorted out my card later on.
