I have a feeling VVW DEBT COLLECTORS is ripping off clients, they say they charge interest weekly. Irrespective payment made they charge 18% weekly of the total outstanding. you end up paying them just interest every month and the initial amount not depreciating. I asked them for a outlined report of how much is allocated for interests and how much percent is allocated to the initial lump sum.

when I asked Nonhlanhla for assistance as to how they charge (calculations) interest she just told me, every week irrespective I made payment. yes they may be entitled to interest but not WEEKLY.

please help me get answers to my concern because their call centre is clueless. they just know weekly interest
