I recently purchased around R 12000 from your Roodepoort store. I trusted the sales person and got on well with her not thinking there was anything suspicious.
I bought a specialized grey square toilet which I later returned. I also returned a few other items but the toilet is one bug bear. At the time on the day of the purchase one of the guys stated we could buy a seat only, which is what I needed. But, she said that wasn't possible brushing him off.
This obviously raised all sorts of suspicions about what happened and I eventually returned the extra grouting, and would have returned cement if the staff I employed had made into a rock hard bunch of cement. Seems like good staff in SA are hard to find.
The whole experience looking back makes me see that the sales person in CTM was actually out to charge me extra and make her targets out of me.
I have lost faith in your company and in fact I probably wont ever return. Sad since I plan to be doing alot housing work and in fact spent over R 40, 000 in the last month on goods alone.
Unethical sales people are no asset to a company.
