I placed an order and paid in full from Marista on 20/02.
Were to receive it 22/02. I phoned to get the address and she said she doest have all the goods. She promised DHL on her cost 25/02. That did not happen. I had to follow up the hole time she did not see the need for client service. Long story short, on the 04/03 she said she still need 1 item before she can courier it. I told her to send it I will find that 1 item myself. The 06/03 I phoned to confirm wither she has send it. She ignored my calls. My fiance phoned from his number and she answered and premise to send it that day. 07/03 we wanted to confirm yet again we had to follow up, she now told us that the courier doesn't want to transport the glass bottles. We told her we would drive to Praetorian ourselves to collect it the following day. She was not at home conveniently enough and we were able to collect one of the paid for things the other item was in her car with her. We were so angry she said she will deliver it to our place were we stayed the night, she did not do that. The glass bottles she send me on the foto before i ordered was not the once we relieved. I cannot believe how this lady runs her bussines
