I want feedback and answers today. The support cente indicated to my wife the following on Hello Peter:
"Hi Sonja,
We are not aware of your query but please send us an e-mail to [Email Removed] and we will send you new rubbers.
Regards, "

This is a bull, the person phoned my wife and now all of a sudden we need to give full decrption firts of how we cleaned and sterilised the bottles. And they also say we did not follow the instructions, which we did. They also say that we needed to only use a Dr Browns steriliser... I want to know whrer on the instructions can I find that? Also said to my wife this is the 1st time they get this complaint and we must be doing something wrong. Tell me this, why would i use 11 very expensive bottles wrong? I do not waste my money.

They 1st want our story and then they will maybe send us the new rubbers, and we then need to pay the courier fees... This is unacceptable, i want answers today!!!
