I placed an order on the 18/o2/2013 for a childs teething ring, the website said no stock, but the latest shipping date would be the 07/03.2103 but hey guess what its the 10/03/2013 and still nothing, an enquiry on the website, now say still no stock. not one email or telephone call to let me know what the is going on, you took my money quick enough. i want a refund immediatly as of the 11/03/2013. your service levels are the most pathetic i have ever had the misfortune of recieving.
