I placed an order for shoes on Monday 16 Dec 2013. They replied the next day and said they were unable to do my order due to taking stock. I got an email on Dec 18 to say that I could pay the money R 400 and shipping of R 60. Due to the website saying the shoes will be delivered in 1-3 days I asked for free shipping as the shoes would now arrive much later than originally ordered.
The lady told me no unless I order for over R 700.
I find this to be rather poor customer service and not complying with what their website claims is 1-3 days delivery.
