09/03/2013 I went to the store to purchase a spinning bike to which I first had to wait for a sales person to help me, the responce this is not my devision but will get someone to help. 5 minutes later new salesperson arrives which appertly does not know his stock. after another 5 minutes he informes me there is no stock. Sorry nothing I can do further came the response. I said that I will take the one on the floor which he said he must asked the mananger. She said no!! When asked to speak to her I had to wait again which felt like another 5 minutes. Her response was they cannot sell the demo models as customers won't be able to see the models. So now it is my problem for not having stock... discusted as the response I was hoping for we will make a plan. Customers are not alwayse right BUT THEY ARE KING!!! We buy sport cloths at this shop 2-3 times a month for our kids and myself. YOU HAVE JUST LOST MY BUSINESS!!! unless you head office fixes the mess your store and incompitent staff made. I await your soonest response.
