Poor and frustrating service

I purchased a Samsung two door refrigirator for R10000 on the 28th of February 2013, I must say that if I had known before paying, that they would take more than a week to deliver, I was going to buy somewhere else, it does not make business sence to wait for so long having paid such a huge amount.
it also does not make sense that I was told to keep checking if the item has arrived, while they can call me instead on its arrival.

even worse the item is still not at the shop on the promised date: Friday 08-03-2013.

even worst... I am told that the warehouse will deliver "as soon as the transport becomes available" but I say that could be next month or next year, they must give me a specific time.

Game probably has too many customers such that all they care about is make a sale. I have bought many appliances at Game but now I have learnt my lesson, I shall stick to my other clients such as furniture city, house and home and other home Decor shops where I dont have to waste time and money complaining.
