Staff laughing because i said kicking P instead of

I phoned to find out if they had a kicking T in stock i pronounced it incorrect and the lady who answered the phone and three others laughed at me and talking about me in their language thinking that i dont understand. i was holding for five minutes while they had their laugh. apparantly it was sewela and Vanthea is the manager, not sure if this is the correct6 names as the lady did not want to give it. then people wonder why you would go to total sports instead because maybe their is better service
