I just thought it worth a mention that the staff at the Makro at Woodmead are incredibly helpful and efficient. Well done Marko and the staff that work at the Woodmead branch just for taking that extra little bit of note and putting in that extra bit of effort and care when it comes to your customers.
I bought a toaster and kettle there yesterday afternoon and had my hands full because I didn't think of taking a trolley. I am 37 weeks pregnant and had my 18 month old in tow and made my way to join the queue at the front to pay when one of the sales staff came chasing after me. I first ignored him as I was a bit annoyed and distracted by my little one... but he came right up to me and said I must please come and pay on the other side by the electronics so I don't have to stand in the queue. He took the boxes out of my hands, and while I was paying he went and got a trolley without me even asking. I then went to the liquor department and as I walked through the door a sales staff came and asked if I needed help, took the trolley from me and went straight to the right isle and loaded the two cases of wine I was looking for and I was on my way. What a pleasant shopping experien
