The Customer service at Checkers Boulevard Square in Brackenfell is absolutely pathetic! If it was once then I would have chucked it up to a bad day, but on 3 consecutive occations, I've encountered completely bad customer services like the following:
- Till operators always look moody and are unfriendly. It looks like a burden to be at work. Today in particular, I looked around and almost every till person had this attitude.
- When asked for assistance (by both at the till and on the floor) I had the answer "I dont know" or "Its not my department" on so many occasions.
- Prices on the shelves are incorrect.
Like I mentioned, if this was one case then it could be looked over, but happening on numerous times now makes our shopping experience very unpleasant.
Hope this can be addressed.
