Appalling Customer Service

On Tuesday, 1 October, I walked into Clicks Eastgate to purchase an ointment from the Dispensary and left the store in tears! I was shocked and appalled by the manner in which I was treated by Miss Kelly Williams. She was rude and abrupt. She showed no customer skills. She slammed her fists on the counter, shouted, seemed to be extremely irritated as well as annoyed all the while paying no attention to what I requested. I was informed by Mrs Rabia Hoosen, the dispensary manager on duty that day, that Miss Kelly Williams is normally rude to the customers and is a problem for the store. Why is she still being allowed to deal with customers? Especially those visiting the pharmacy in need of advice and healthcare/medication. I have discussed the situation with a few colleagues, clients and friends who all know exactly who I am referring to when I speak of Kelly - she is notorious for being rude to most of the customers that walk into your store. I had a conversation on the phone with Miss Kelly Williams, on the same day, and she showed no remorse for her disgusting behaviour. I would like to however thank Thami Nkosi for his lovely manner and professionalism.
