I purchased a PS3 Assassins Creed Black Flag game from the Arbour Crossing branch on Sunday 22/12/2013 for R749.90. I paid with a debit card. After that I went to the Makro across the road and saw the same game for R499.00. I purchased the game from Makro and then went back to Toys R Us to return the original game. Of course with almost a R250.00 difference Toys R Us would have scored had we not went to Makro. Toys R Us refunded my purchase for the game back to my debit card. On 24/12 I had still not received my refund and I approached the store cashier. She in turn called the area manager. I requested her to find out from the bank if my refund has gone through as I had not received my notification as yet. She was rude and abrupt and told me quite loudly in front of the other shoppers that I must wait 7-10 days for my refund and that is final, without even contacting the bank. That is definitely the last time I will go get robbed in Toys R Us, who are a bunch of
