The above mail was a response received on 20Feb. To date I have not been contacted and it seems that there is a wish that this matter will go away which is indicated by all the other complaints on this site. This behaviour is disgraceful and shows a no care attitude to their customers.
DO NOT MISLEAD THE PUBLIC BY ADVERTISING SPECIALS THAT YOU DO NOT INTEND TO STOCK.
