I went to transfer money at pick n pay. I did'nt get the message with the pin number. I called the customer services they asked me to go to the shop. At the shop the could help me. I have been sent from one store to another just to get my money. Shop-rite is much better be cause they give you all the details in your hand. You dint have to wait for the Sm's. I just wouldn't ever go there again because it is not the first time I get bad service in the same shop and complained but there is nothing done to improve customer services.
