From the first post on Hellopeter, I had a call from Zando, a lady by the name of Roxan called to enquire what was the problem. I explained everything and was assured it would all be sorted out. It is now going on two weeks later and the shoes have still not been collected as promised. I was then sent a invoice for the new shoes that was ordered on my behalf by Roxan, (this was meant to be the exchange) and yet they still charging a fee, when I was told that this was not to be charged as payment for the first shoe was already done.
I then received a voucher for my returned items which is still in my possession. I have no idea how Zando does business but for future I will NEVER use them again!!
