Contacted CNA via the CNA website on 19/12 about 2 x McDonalds Monopoly R30 vouchers which I handed in at CNA Bracken City and never saw a credit on my account. Got a reply (eventually) on 27/12 stating that I should go and get a Thank You cash card for R30... but I handed in 2 x R30 vouchers? I replied to their email same day (27/12) and have been waiting for a reply ever since. I even escalated on 4/1 and got a "read receipt', but still no answer... is this typical of a big corporate retailer? Ignore the small fry?
