Barnetts account calls borders on harassment

I have been receiving 5 plus calls a day from Barnetts accounts trying to recover arrear accounts from another customer. I have explained to them that I am not the person (The customer is clearly black, I am not). They have accepted that I am not him. Still they call.

Calls started about 3 months ago. Only about once a week. In December it escalated to about 5 calls per day. After explaining to the caller several times that they have the incorrect number at that I have my number for 5 years already, they still keep on calling. I have now asked for names/or to speak to management but the calls are dropped as soon as this happens. I have actually made the effort to get their number and call them, same response.

These guys are clearly not very bright. It has now reached a stage that when I answer the call, the call is dropped as soon as they hear my voice. What is then the reasoning for their call. As the saying goes "stupidity is doing the same things and expecting different results" If that is the measure of stupidity these guys are clearly /oxygen /not worthy of minimum wage. What is more concerning is that this business practise is allowed. JD group you are.
