I bought an onyx sleigh bed from the shop cash. in less than 12 months the middle rail on the bed got damaged and i went to the shop to report it and that it is still under warranty. it took approximately 6 weeks to get a proper response after i have been calling them daily. however they returned the very same damaged rail back to me and within a day it broke again. i am now sleeping of the floor yet i bought a bed cash. the staff did not really seem to care. please people do not buy their furniture as it is not of good quality and they dont fix it after.
