I'm old school and prefer physical shopping to online shopping, but I received a Yuppiechef voucher and was forced to do a bit of online shopping. Yuppiechef made it such a wonderful experience that they may have converted me. They have a great selection, delivered the very next day (which I didn't expect at all!) and went the extra mile by sending a handwritten card and a free fridge magnet with my item which was all beautifully packaged (and all recyclable). Plus there has been follow up emails to check that I'm satisfied with the product and service. Something that never happens when purchasing from a physical store. The next time I'm looking for a kitchen gadget I'll be sure to go back to Yuppiechef's site. Thank you for the wonderful experience Yuppiechef, I am seriously blown away!!!
