I was there on Sat to buy things. The babies stuff was 30% off yet after ringing it all up I had to ask if the discount had been taken off and she said no she forgot and then it was a big mission to get it sorted. When i got irritated i was told it was not her fault the system didnt do it. Well actually it is her fault as she should check these things it is not the clients job to check. And if you do forget how about saying sorry i will sort it out. Then i just got shoved a receipt and not asked please sign or explained what she was doing as she rang my things up on two different receipts. The staff at the fitting room have no people skills. you get no "hello sorry only 5 items' She barely looked at me and grunted "5 items" There are so many people looking for work and you hire these incompetent moody people. Staff are just lucky i dont have names handy. And the feedback computer was not working when i was in store
I now called the sunglass hut to ask about something and was told by switch board none of them are there yet but it is 9:20am. So your staff dont even come to work on time. And if they do i am guessing they are drinking tea not working
