I tried to return a jacket within a few days after finding some holes in it. I've always been impressed by HW's great service when you try and buy something and have been shopping there fairly regularly for YEARS. Les, the store manager is a different kettle of fish. Treats you like you're not worth his time, accused me of damaging the jacket and generally had a disgusting condescending attitude. Wouldn't even write me a note to say he'd received my jacket (so he can send it to CT for a second opinion). SORT or your returns HW - you are in contravention of the CPA. And while you're at it, get rid of the Les types - he is destroying your brand. And to think I had also gone back to buy a few more jackets and some shirts.
