Hi, I was eager in getting the dstv 7"walker. I had the cash n my I'd book ready on me I went 2maponya mall dstv angency, I spoke to gentlemen who helps at the floor and asked him if I could c it n how it works, he told me he could not take it out of the glass cabin there were no keys and refered me to pick n pay hyper maponya mall, when I got there I found the assistant and he only showed it to me through a glass, I asked if it can be taken out so I can see it, hold it and how it works, he then told me that he can't do that, If I want it I must just buy it, it sounded like it was too much work for him to take it out the glass. How can I buy something that I dnt knw how it work, can't even be shown practicaly how it works. I was so disapointed to the kind of service that I got. I'm a loyal dstv customer for 7yrs and haven't missed any payment bt is this the kind treatment they had to offer me back. I dnt even know who was right between the 2assistants, is it maybe becuse its soweto so a kind of this treatment has to be normal n Im certain I wasnt going 2gt dis kind of service in the surburbs. Pls can someone in charge look through this matter n act upon it .now I cant watch my soccer!
