Lastnite I headed off all happy thinking that I will be a proud owner of a DSTV walker. I enquired about the walker and the sales guy advised that I need to submit my TV licence which I did not have on me, he then asked me for my ID which i gave him and he checked telephonically, at this point I was very confident as I am a monthly subcriber and a debit amount of R26 is being deducted from my account.

When he was done doing the check he had a very angry look on his face and telling me that there is an outstanding amount of R380 and that this should 1st be paid before i can purchase the walker, I try to explain to him that I am a monthly subscriber and he tells me if I want to hear for myself.

I am very disappointed at how this guy handle the matter in a very unproffessional way and that PnP databases are not updated. This was a huge embarresment as I was with a friend and my kids. A complete waist of time, effort and very expensive fuel i had to drive out.
