I have a major complaint regarding your store in Atterbury Value Mart. My mother visited your shop today, as she is an elderly lady, she uses a hand cart which she had purchased from the store many months ago. When she wanted to pay the for the items in the cart, the cashier wanted to ring up the trolley. My mother explained several times that it was her trolley. The manager was called over and aggressively stated that the cashiers may ask these questions.
The tone and the aggression of the manager caused my mother to leave the shop, with the items still in it. This was an innocent mistake. The manager called my mother back into the shop and accused her of shoplifting and that she would/could have my mother arrested.
When I arrived at the store, I tried to have the manager explain her side of the story. I have rarely/if ever been treated with such aggression and disrespect and was told to leave the store, this is after the manager invited me into the store.
I cannot explain in words that emotional distress that my elderly mother has experienced at the hands of your staff and I hope that PlasticLand sees this matter in a very serious light.
