We bought Pampers nappies and there we some problems with the nappy.
Contact their customer care via email, get a response after 4 or 5 days - wow, in this day and age, such poor response.
The nappies are collected and no fault found (not a surprise to me).
They say they will post a voucher for compensation (not that I need it) in 14 days, its more than 30 days and I am still waiting.
Write back to P&G, wait another week for a response to be told it has been posted.
I am shocked that in this day and age, this is the service you get. I will NEVER buy these nappies again, might as well move to Huggiers
P&G management, take note, consumers take note!!!
