DVD Picture Quality

I wish to record that on the 13/02/13 I ordered a DVD Music DVD from Takealot Cape Town on line which arrived on Friday the 22/02/13.
From date of order via the on line shop of Takealot i received no follow up or progress report on the delivery only a email to advise me that i had placed the order and a second notice advising me that my payment had been received.?
On receipt of my new Music DVD on the 22/02/13 I proceeded to view it about 3 hours ofter receipt and the reproduction quality was so poor "picture quality" that I did not even bother to watch and listen to the balance of the tracks.
I do feel Takealot should be more selective to which products they purchase from there balk suppliers and the over all quality of the products they purchase.
As a customer we are placed at a total disadvantage when buying on line as you cant see feel or check the quality of your proposed purchase and assume to the very best of your judgement that you have purchased reasonable quality and a fair and reasonable price.
This was not the case in my purchase for reasons stated above so I have doubts about ever wanting to purchase from the above in the future.
