I went to Kollonade on the 15/02/2013 Check out time 17:06:57 and was looking at some baby stuff and maternity stuff and then I needed to get new foundation and mascara.
I can not bend over or anything like that for now because I am pregnant and it's really hard for me to do it. 90% of the girls were leaning against the counters ignoring the clients looking at the producs and I when I asked the clinique girl if she can help me she said sure, but as soon as I said I don't want Clinique she said well I'm sorry I can't help you then!!! WHAT??? ANYWAY I asked 4 other girls if they could help me and all of them ignored me. phew
Finaly after a while the Revlon girl started helping me (Mashadi Rasuge - name on tac invoice) and as soon as I decided on a brand (Revlon) there were no testers for the foundation... WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS STORE REALLY??? then the revlon girl asked I think the manager if she can open the color that she thinks might fit my skin color and the manager told her NO.
So Edgars how do you want me to buy something from you guys if you do not have all the tools needed to sell this product..Manager was so rude to me! horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible
