I once had a bad experience with Russells in Jabulani Mall and I thought to myself that I will never go back there. Funny enough I went back and I bought a Fridge from them and Queen was my sales consultant. Ooh what a darling she has good customer service and a friendly smile. I bought the fridge last year and went back a few months ago and as soon as I walked in she filled the room with her radient smile, she remembered me and addressed me by name and even recalled what I bought from them. To me thats is great customer service. A big shout out to Queen.
