I sent 2 emails to Edcon via there website, 1st one on the 15 August and 2nd one on the 3 September to bring to there attention the fact that I had discoverd on one of the baby vests I purchased at a Jet store the broken half of a sweing machine needle stuck in the side seam. I have had NO responce and I know the email was sent as I got confirmation that it was sent succefully both times. I am disgusted at how they seem to have just ingonred this VERY SERIOUS complaint. I dont want to even imagine what injuries my child could have sustained if I had not found the needle. Its is very clear that the quality control conducted on Babies clothing is far from efficient. This is something that Edcon needs to take seriously if they do not want to have a flood of law suits on there hands from injuries babies or anyone for that matter have incurred as a result of there lack of quality control.
I am now very weiry of buying any prodcuts from an Edcon store.
