A senior couple needing monthly medication. Arrived at 12:00 to collect medication, dispensing delayed due to untrained staff, trained staff made it worse. Dispensing was registered and could therefore not be repeated. Needless to say this charged serious debate and objection, Her assertive objections to this incompetency is misconstrued and perceived to be agressive, SECURITY is called and she is embarrassed in public by this. Security asks the manager in a confrotational manner, do we have to remove her?? During this explosive situation the problem remain unsolved. Discovery is telphoned to assist Thanks to the courtesy of one employee we agree to go home. Meds together withs scripts are delivered later that evening at home. We will go elsewhere!!
