I bought a bed in October 2012 and to date it has not been delivered. apperently my bed came to the store, I was never told they expected me to guess that the bed was there and when someone came in wanting the same type of bed they sold them mine. then i was rudely told if you want a bed you can get the one ON DISPLAY!!! Like seriously!! the store never calls to give me feedback on what the problem is when i personally go there to do follow ups and i still get the same type of appalling service as if they are doing me a favour. if you guys are having issues with your suppliers it would be professional to call your customers and apologise and also offer an explanation. i was rudely told if you want you can come and and add more money for another bed!!! what nonsense is that, how do i knpow that if i pay more money that bed will be delivered when they failed to deliver the first one. i want my money and i want my money now... customer service is pathetic. I have called customer service twice and they only responded the first time by sending me a reference number and to inform me my case is being investigated. I called a second time i was told the same thing...
