OUTSTANDING SERVICE

As a lady, its always difficult to trust a service center as most have taken advantage of me in the past. This is until I dealt with Jesse du Toit at Peugeot Citroen Fourways. From my first phone call to he has done nothing but go the extra mile for me.

I brought my C4 in for a diagnostic as there's a lot wrong with my vehicle, not only has Jesse been completely honest with me, he even worked out a plan to tell me what I need to fix and by when to help me budget. He even managed to include me in a Citroen campaign for fix my harness for a fraction of the price, saving me R3, 300.00

My car had to stay an extra day to fix the harness and he even organized a driver to take me home after hours. His communication has been exceptional, always notifying me of what, when and how.

He has been nothing but trustworthy, respectful and unbelievably helpful and honest. I am absolutely blown away at the service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Citroen Fourways!
Well done Jesse, I hope Citroen realize what a gem you are!
